Day 01: Arrival Srinagar
Arrive Srinagar, you will be met and transferred to a Deluxe Houseboat / hotel. Later this afternoon, you will proceed on a romantic ‘Shikara ride’ gliding on the picturesque Dal Lake. Experience the joy of Shikara shopping for handicrafts, flowers and other Kashmire curios from the Shikara shops on the lake while you admire the magnificent Chinar trees as you sail past the popular Nehru Park. Dinner and overnight on board the Deluxe Houseboat.
Day 02: In Srinagar
After breakfast leave for local sightseeing including Shalimar,Nishat and Botanical Gardensthence drive to Shankarayacharya Temple situated on Hill top over looking the beautiful Srinagar City.Afternoon boat ride “Shikara” around the famous Dal Lake and Visit the Floating Gardens Char Chinaari,Hazratbal and then back to House Boat.
Day 3:Srinagar – Gulmarg
AAfter breakfast drive to Gulmarg (45 kms – 1 hr) which is one of the most beautiful summer resort in the valley. It is also popular for its golf course (in summer), the highest in the world and skiing during the winter season. Enjoy the splendor of nature and the snowy mountains. One can have a Gondola ride (cable car) from Gulmarg to Khilanmarg. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4: In Gulmarg
Breakfast at the hotel. The day is at leisure to enjoy the beauty of the Gulmarg valley. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 5 & 6: Gulmarg – Pahalgham
AAfter breakfast, and drive to Pahalgam 2440 Mtrs (97 Kms – 4 hrs). On the way visit Saffron fields and Avantipur ruins which is eleven hundred years old temple. Finally by the lunch time you will reach Pahalgam which is the most famous place for Indian Film Industry. After lunch enjoy the nature charm of the valley. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 6: In Pahalgham
Breakfast at the hotel. The day is at leisure to enjoy the beauty of the Pahalgam valley. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 7: Pahalgham – Srinagar
After breakfast drive to Srinagar via Mattan temple. At lunch time you will reach your hotel /houseboat. Afternoon is at leisure. Overnight stay in hotel in Srinagar
Day 8: Srinagar – Sonamarg – Srinagar
After breakfast, proceed for a full day excursion to Sonmarg (84 kms – 2hrs), which is the most beautiful drive from Srinagar. On the way you stop at many spectacular spots. Continue the drive to Sonmarg 2690 Mtrs (Meadow of Gold). Ride on a horse to visit, the Thajiwas Glacier where there is snow all round the year. Sonmarg is known as Gateway of Ladakh. In the evening return to Srinagar. Overnight on board the hotel.
Day 9: Srinagar – Airport
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your onward journey.
